8. SALES AND COMMISSION

  • Offering an artwork for sale is optional, however only artworks available for acquisition are eligible for the $12,000 main prize.

  • Where an artwork is offered for sale, the artist nominates the artist price on the entry form. The artist price is the amount the artist wishes to receive from the sale.

  • A commission of 30% will be added to the artist price to calculate the sale price displayed to the public.

  • The sale price is deemed to include GST.
