About the work
On a surf trip to Sumatra, I was struck by the sheer drama of the coastline. Vertical jungle covered volcanic cliffs rising out of a crystal-colored ocean. SUMATRA Wavescape is a stylized view of perfection from the channel, as I paddled from the boat towards the line-up... an empty wave in a crystal lagoon, a plume of misty spray floating above it, in a backdrop of vertical jungle.

Collection and delivery
This work is on show at The J, Noosa, until the exhibition closes on 29 October. Works bought during the exhibition stay on the wall until then, and we'll be in touch after purchase to arrange collection or delivery.
